1. Information MERQZA processes
Depending on how you use the service, MERQZA may process product or store URLs, publicly available product information, email addresses, account and authentication data, diagnostic, request and session identifiers, audit results, subscription status, and technical logs needed for security, reliability, and troubleshooting.
2. How information is used
MERQZA uses this information to provide and restore audits, authenticate users, manage subscriptions and entitlements, prevent abuse, respond to requests, maintain security, diagnose failures, and improve the service.
3. Payments
Paddle processes checkout, payment, subscription, invoicing, and related payment information under Paddle's own privacy terms. MERQZA does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers.
4. Sharing and sale
MERQZA may use service providers when necessary to operate hosting, authentication, email, analytics, AI-assisted processing, and payments. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or needed to protect the service and its users. MERQZA does not sell users' personal data.
5. Retention and security
Information is retained only as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security. MERQZA uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices and requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data associated with your MERQZA account, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. Use the reply or support option in a MERQZA email or Paddle receipt associated with your account. Do not include passwords, authentication tokens, or complete payment-card information in a request.
7. Changes
This policy may be updated as MERQZA changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
