Refund Policy
Effective August 29, 2026
1. Digital subscription
MERQZA PRO is a digital software-as-a-service subscription billed at US $9 per month. Access is provided electronically after successful payment and activation.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, cancellation does not automatically refund charges already paid and access may continue through the paid billing period.
3. Refund eligibility
Paid billing periods are generally not automatically refunded or prorated. MERQZA will review reasonable requests involving duplicate charges, a material technical failure that prevented use of the paid service, an unauthorized charge reported promptly, or circumstances where a refund is required by applicable law.
4. Requesting help
Use the reply or support option in the MERQZA email or Paddle receipt associated with the charge. Include enough non-sensitive information to identify the transaction and explain the issue. Do not send complete payment-card information, passwords, or authentication tokens.
5. Refund processing
If approved, a refund may be processed by Paddle to the original payment method. Timing depends on Paddle, the payment network, and the financial institution. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
